This gorgeous 100g single origin 70% dark chocolate bar is made from the very best Trintario and Criollo beans from Peru a combination that produces a wonderful fruity flavour with a hint of tropical flowers. Peru has everything you would expect from an ancient and sophisticated South American civilization, especially some of the worlds finest cocoa, from which this bar is made.

The beans are sourced from a co-operative made up of many tiny plantations in the San Martin and Huanuco region of Peru and have been paid a price significantly above the going rate.
